It was just a prime choice for a whistle-stop in Milpitas with good value for cost. The A/C couldn't drown out the highway noise which kept me up at night. Bring your own coffee as they don't provide it without a perk membership.

The hotel's location is perfect for convenience, and the room was impressively clean and well-maintained, but the slow elevators were frustrating. A minor issue with the bathroom cleanliness was noted, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay that was nicely complemented by friendly staff.

Friendly and accommodating staff can help at times.
The motion sensor in the bathroom is infuriating. It turned on by itself multiple times during the night, waking me up each time. Trying to turn it off when needing the bathroom was impossible, leading to a sleepless night.

For anyone thinking about this
A fantastic stay! The staff made me feel truly welcomed, ensuring all my needs were met. I loved the modern decor and the convenience of the location near San Jose. Plus, no parking fees! Just one downside, it was a bit noisy due to ongoing renovations. Overall, a great place to unwind.

After some adventurous eats, we hit up Dishdash for a bomb Middle Eastern feast. Oh, and the location? Perfect for noshing around town, with places like Taco Bell and Happi House hitting just the right spots for quick bites.
We could really use more cut fruit options for breakfast instead of the same ol’ buffet. And getting pool towels from the front desk felt like a mini workout — not ideal when you’re just trying to chill by the water! A little buzzing from outside didn’t help either.

During my two-night stay, I was impressed with the clean room and the accommodating staff, especially since one of my friends was feeling unwell. The location made it easy to explore the local dining scene, which was a big plus. However, I did find the process of getting pool towels a bit inconvenient as we had to go back and forth to the front desk.

The staff was super accommodating, especially when they helped me with a last-minute request for an extra towel! I really enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and the cozy leisure room where I could unwind after a day of exploring. The only downside was that the coffee in the room could be a bit stronger, but overall, I had a fantastic experience! ☕️

comfortable stay with room for improvement
The bed offered exceptional comfort, making it easy to unwind after a long day. I appreciated the spaciousness of the room, which provided ample space for my family with children to move around comfortably. The large TV with excellent picture quality added to our enjoyment during our relaxation time.
The only downside was the noise from the hallway, which occasionally disrupted our peace.
